Onion Rings:
Ingredients:
Onions 3 (medium-sized)- Thin slices.
Chick Pea Flour (also called Besan)- 4 Tbsp. +/- 1 Tbsp.
cornstarch 2 tsp.
Salt 3/4th tsp.
Chilli powder-1 tsp. or to taste.
Water- Less than ¼ cup.
oil enough for deep-frying.

Method : Cut the onions into fine thin strips and mix it with salt, chili powder, chickpea flour, corn starch, and let it rest for few minutes. Salt will make onions release some water, and this will drastically reduce the amount of water to bring it to a past like consistency.
Heat oil in a pot or deep fryer, and scoop a spoonful of onion, chick pea flour mixture and fry these till crispy.

Serve with your favorite sauce or tomato ketchup.
