Apple cake

This super moist light apple cake is one of the my favorites.

Apple Cake
Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Makes two 6×8 cakes
Wet Ingredients:
Sugar 1 cup
Oil-1 cup (canola)
Eggs- 4
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Grated apple 1 cup

Dry ingredients:
Salt- 3/4th tsp.
Baking soda 1 tsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Flour- 2 cups

1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs well by adding vanilla essence and keep it aside.
2. In another bowl, take oil, add sugar and beat well and add the beaten egg to it.
3. Now add the flour by mixing ½ cup at a time. Add other remaining dry ingredients, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
4. Add the grated apple and mix well.
