Ingredients:
Pasta- Any kind (1 cup)
Cajun seasoning- 1 tsp.
Butter- 2 tbsp. (to Sautee)
Oil- 2 tsp.
Chicken- 1 lb.
Salt to taste- ½ tsp.
Onions- 1 medium sized chopped.
Sun dried tomatoes- 1/4th cup
Green onions- ½ cup
Colored peppers- ½ cup
Basil- 1 tsp.
Red chili flakes- ½ tsp. or to taste.
Fat free creme or fat free half and half- 1/4th cup.

Optional garnishing:
Parsley (chopped).

Method:
1. Boil Paste according to package instructions/desired texture (preferably Al dente).
2. Take butter in a pan and add chicken pieces, Cajun seasoning, salt, red chili flakes and basil seasoning and stir for few minutes until the chicken is cooked well on both sides.
3. Transfer the above ingredients to a bowl and take 2 tsp. of oil in a pan and add onions, bell peppers, and sun dried tomatoes; stir well until the veggies are cooked well and add green onions at the end.
4. Add chicken and creme to it and cook for about 1- 2 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and cook for additional 2-3 minutes until the seasoning is incorporated well into the pasta. Garnish with parsley if desired.
