Cheese cake flan

Sweetened condensed milk -1 can

Evaporated milk-1 can

whole milk-1 cup(8 oz.)

eggs-2

vanilla extract-1 tbsp.

cornstarch-2 tbsp.

cream cheese-8 oz.(1 brick)

sugar to caramelize

butter for greasing dish

Method: Preheat oven to 325 F

Melt sugar in pan( light caramel) and pour into greased baking dish around quickly to evenly spread caramelized sugar.

Add eggs, blend, add in condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk. Now add crème cheese in small pieces, pulsing when you add.

Add in 2 tbsp. of cornstarch and 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract to above mixture  and into baking dish. Bake in water bath @325 F for 60-75 minutes.

Remove, slightly cool and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
