Mango cake

Ingredients:

Betty crocker white cake mix-1 packet( 16.25 oz.)

Mango Puree- 1 1/4 cup.

Egg-2

Oil-1/3 cup

walnuts-1/4 cup ( optional)

Method:

Follow the instructions on the white cake mix package and instead of water, use Mango puree ( canned or fresh). Add nuts at the end and mix well.

Tips- Canned Mango puree available in Indian grocery store works best since it is already sweetened.

Serve with any topping of your choice. Goes well with the whip crème.
