Marinating Ingredients:

Maahi Maahi- 1 lb.
Salt to taste.
vinegar 2 tsp.
Black and white pepper 1 tsp.
Italian seasoning or dried basil 1 tsp.
Red Chile powder-1/2 1 tsp. (according to preferred spice level).
Red chili flakes optional (to sprinkle on top).
Onions sliced (for grilling).

Method:
Marinate the fish with all the ingredients listed under marinating ingredients for at-least 4 hours in the fridge and grill at 325 for 20-30 minutes by coating a dish with non stick spray/oil and placing sliced onion layer on the top of it. Onions gives the flavor to the fish while grilling and will also prevent the fish from burning.
