Achari Murg Kabob

Marinating:

Chicken pieces (with or without bone)- 2 lb.

Ginger garlic paste0- 2 tsp
Chili powder-1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp.
Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp.
Salt-1/4 tsp.
Amchoor- 1/4 tsp.
Paste of 2-3 green chili, curry leaves, salt and white pepper (in mortar and pestle).
Tablespoon of oil
Lime juice- Half (freshly squeezed).

Seasoning after grilling:
Mustard oil or regular oil- 2 tsp.
Mustard seeds- few
Fenugreek sedds (Methi)-few
Cumin-few
Dry red chili-2 (broken into pieces)

Garnish:
Cilantro
Lime juice

Method: Marinate with all the marinating ingredients for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
Once grilled, season with seasoning ingredients and garnish with lime juice and cilantro.
Adding baby potatoes to marinate is optional.
