Grilled Salmon with Dill

Focal Length:35mm
Shutter:1/0 sec


Salmon Fillets: 1/2 lb

Dill 1/4 cup

Chili Powder-1/2 tsp.

Salt-1/4 tsp.

Sour Cream-1/4 cup.

Coarse Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp( Optional)

Lime and Cilantro-to Garnish


1.Clean Salmon Fillets and marinate with salt for 30 minutes and drain the excess water( this helps to reduce the fishy smell)

2. Mix Sour Cream,Chili Powder,Dill and the mixture to the fish and marinate for 4 hours ( preferably overnight)

3.Grill for 20 minutes or bake in the oven @ 450 for 40 minutes.

4.Sprinkle some Pepper Powder ( optional)

5.Serve with Lime and Cilantro if desired.
