Boiled-egg fried rice

Ingredients:

cooked white rice- 2 cups( any variety)
Boiled egg- 4 ( hard boiled and sliced thin)
Oil-4 tbsp.
Onion-1( finely chopped)
carrots- 1( shredded)
Green chili-2 ( chopped)
Mustard seeds-1 tsp.
Salt-1/2 tsp. or to taste.

Spice powders-
cumin powder-1/2 tsp.
coriander powder-1/2 tsp.

Garnish:
Cilantrr-1/4 cup
Lime juice-1 tsp.

Method:
1. Take 4 tbsp. of oil in a wok , add mustard seeds when the oil is hot, add onions, green chili, shredded carrots and sauté for few minutes.
2. Add in the spice powders , stir for few seconds( make sure that you are not burning them). Add cooked white rice and mix well.
3. After mixing, throw in all the garnishing ingredients and salt and give it a good mix.
4. At the end , add sliced boiled eggs and serve.
