Mango Sauce

Mango Sauce:

Aroy-D canned Mango-1 (Available in Asian Store)

Dry red chillies-2 (small)

Basil-3 -4 leaves

Salt to taste (optional)

Mix everything in a blender .take 1 tsp. of oil in a pan on medium heat and pour the Mango, Basil, Chili mixture to the pan. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes or until it thickens( we get the desired consistency in less than 5 minutes .Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Can be stored in the refrigerator or about a week.

Can be served with Vietnamese style spring rolls or any appetizers.
